Your email address is kept confidential at all times, unless you agree to it being provided to a third party (eg a scientist wishing to make contact with someone utilising the same tag type or tagging the same species). We categorically do not sell, trade, or rent any information we collect from you to third parties.

This site does not utilise cookies and is not able to identify the specific e-mail addresses of visitors to this site.

When you order from Hallprint, we collect personally identifiable information from you. If you order one of our products, we will collect and maintain your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address and telephone number. Credit card numbers are discarded once your order is complete (or voided) unless you indicate otherwise.

Before placing your final order, you will have the opportunity to obtain an obligation free firm quotation and delivery date. You will also have the opportunity to review the specifications of your tags/applicators and make changes and additions, the details of which will be automatically kept for future reference.

The information collected by Hallprint is used for processing orders, keeping you informed about your order status, for statistical purposes, and for improving our site and its performance. We will disclose your personally identifiable information to third parties to charge your credit card, and to deliver your order. For example, we must release your credit card information to the card-issuing bank to confirm payment; and release your address to the delivery service to deliver products that you ordered.

After delivery your order information is filed in secure facilities and this information will be provided to you only by request.
